AIRBNB REGULATIONS STATE:
***NO MORE THAN 16 PEOPLE ALLOWED PER SPACE FOR GATHERINGS***

***IF BOOKING FOR JUNE OR BEYOND*** This space is above a Nightclub and gets loud noise from that in the space at night, generally Thursday - Sunday nights.
DO NOT BOOK, if that could negatively affect you. We recommended this space for people who are planning to attend the nightclub.

***PARKING*** Kremrest does not have it's own dedicated parking. There is street parking (be sure to read signs and pay meter) or utilize one of the various paid parking lots nearby. Searching online around the address will produce multiple options. There are affordable outdoor lots on Stewart and Minor.
If having a nightclub in your basement on the weekends is your dream,
read on, otherwise this might not be the space for you.

This unique Bnb is ideal for guests looking to really enjoy all aspects of Seattle. Featuring a central location, complimentary entry to our nightclubs Kremwerk and Timbre Room, 14 foot ceilings, hand troweled concrete floors, open floor plan, private bedroom, granite counter tops, updated appliances, high speed internet and more! *Please note that this space is above a nightclub and is noisy on weekends.

***BUSINESS TRAVELERS*** If booking *Monday - Wednesday* night there is generally not events in the venues, in which case the Airbnb is quiet at night.*** There are occasional week day events in the venues as well. You are booking above restaurants and Nightclubs so please consider that before reserving. That said our business travelers have been very happy with this space as it's conveniently located near the Washington State Convention Center, and etc.

***Thursday - Sunday*** This space is above a Nightclub. ***Not*** for noise sensitive guests during events at our music venues, but perfect for those wanting to let loose in a space without tons of restrictive rules or great for night owls or those who stay out late. Our ideal guest is planning to attend our complimentary events in the venue as you are right above the club. There is ***Loud*** noise from the downstairs club in the space during the events. This space is above a nightclub. Read Reviews. Please do not book if there is a chance the nightclub noise will bother you. If you plan on attending the complimentary club events or stay out late then you will enjoy this space.*** Make sure everyone in your group is excited to stay above a club and are notified of the noise warnings before booking. Read reviews as people generally dig our space. If you aren't excited to stay above a bunch of nightclubs and restaurants, please select a different space.

***Sleeping arrangements are as followed*** 1 queen sized memory foam bed in bedroom. 1 Queen sized memory foam pull out sofa bed (brand new, not in photos) 1 full sized futon and 1 queen sized air mattresses in common area. If you are bringing extra guests please make sure everyone is ok with the sleeping options. (please note two futons are in the pictures, one was recently replaced with a queen sized pull out memory foam sofa bed - new photos coming soon)

Space is inside a converted candy factory and dairy, now home to several music venues, restaurants, offices, apartments and your Airbnb! Have a classic Seattle adventure while experiencing something totally new. Please be sure to read our reviews as the majority of our guests love this space!

Access is up one flight of stairs to the second floor of a 2 story building.
Doorways are 36 inches wide.

If booking Thursday - Sunday prepare to come join in the fun at our various restaurants and nightclubs! We will be happy to show you a great time!
Please do not book if you think the noise from the clubs will bother you.

Monday - Wednesday the space is great for anyone including business travelers as there is generally not events in the club in which case it's quiet at night.
